Lock scope, pay in milestones
Sign off on design and quote. Payments are tied to progress: 10% design sign-off, 40% material order, 40% at 50% execution, 10% at handover.
Day 10–12 - 04
Execution with weekly updates
Dedicated project manager, WhatsApp progress photos every week, and a 45-day target for modular delivery.
Day 12–55 - 05
Handover + 10-year warranty
Snag-list walkthrough, deep clean, warranty card and a post-handover care visit at 30 days.
